Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JNRIROHA (the "Site") and any beat, instrumental, or other digital product you purchase through it (each, a "Product"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
JNRIROHA is a single-seller beat store: every Product listed is produced, owned, and sold directly by JNRIROHA, not by third-party producers. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and all payments are processed by our payment provider, Korapay.
2. Accounts
You may browse and purchase as a guest, or create an account to track orders and manage downloads. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering or checking out — in particular, use an email address you actually control, since licenses, receipts, and download links are sent there.
3. Orders, pricing & payment
Displayed prices are in NGN and may include or exclude taxes depending on applicable law; any tax will be shown before you confirm payment. Payment is processed by Korapay; we never see or store your full card or bank details. An order is only fulfilled — meaning downloads and a license are issued — once Korapay confirms the payment was successful. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, on suspicion of fraud or a pricing error) before it is fulfilled, in which case any payment already taken will be refunded.
4. Licenses & intellectual property
Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership or copyright in the underlying composition or sound recording to you. Instead, you receive a license to use it under the specific terms of the license tier you purchased (for example, MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, Unlimited, or Exclusive) — including any usage limits, file formats included, and whether the beat remains available to other buyers. The full terms for the license tier you purchased are shown at checkout and included with your license certificate; that document controls in the event of any conflict with the general description here. JNRIROHA retains all rights not expressly granted in the applicable license.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship or production credit for a Product beyond what your license tier permits. Purchasing an Exclusive license removes the beat from sale to anyone else going forward, but does not retroactively cancel licenses already sold to earlier buyers.
5. Digital delivery
Products are delivered as digital downloads only — there is no physical shipment. Download links are made available in your account dashboard (or via a secure guest-access link for guest checkouts) once payment is confirmed. See our Refund Policy for how this affects eligibility for refunds.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: circumvent or interfere with the Site's security, rate limiting, or download-protection measures; upload malicious code; scrape or bulk-download content outside the normal checkout and download flow; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site and Products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, JNRIROHA disclaims warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising from your use of the Site or a Product is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
