Licensing Terms

Every beat on JNRIROHA is available under one or more of the license tiers below. Each purchase is instant, non-negotiable, and governed by the terms attached to that tier at the time of checkout. Read this page before buying so you know exactly what you're getting.

MP3 Lease

₦20,000

Great for demos, mixtapes and non-commercial or limited commercial use.

  • Beat remains available to other buyers

Non-exclusive license. MP3 file only. Producer retains ownership and may license the beat to other artists.

WAV Lease

Higher audio quality for serious commercial releases.

  • Up to 50,000 streams / commercial use
  • Beat remains available to other buyers

Non-exclusive license. MP3 + WAV files. Producer retains ownership and may license the beat to other artists.

Unlimited License

Full stems and expanded commercial rights for professional releases.

  • Beat remains available to other buyers

Non-exclusive license. MP3 + WAV + STEMS. Producer retains ownership and may license the beat to other artists.

Exclusive License

₦250,000

The beat is taken off the market. Full ownership rights transfer per agreement.

Exclusive license. MP3 + WAV + STEMS. Beat is removed from sale to other customers upon purchase.

General Terms

  • All sales are final. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, not on the basis of a change of mind.
  • Every license, except Exclusive, is non-exclusive — the same beat may be leased to other artists unless you purchase the Exclusive tier.
  • Producer credit ("Prod. JNRIROHA" or equivalent) is required in the title or description of any released track, on all non-exclusive licenses, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or re-uploading the untagged/purchased audio files themselves (as opposed to your finished song) is never permitted under any license tier.
  • A signed copy of your license and any reusable agreement PDF are generated or delivered automatically after successful payment.
