This Privacy Policy explains what information JNRIROHA collects when you use this Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Account details — name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text)
- Order details — the Products purchased, license tier, and order/payment status
- Anything you submit through the contact form or a support ticket
We also collect some information automatically:
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) used for security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting
- A session cookie, used to keep you logged in and to remember your cart between pages
2. What we don't collect
We never see or store your full card number, bank account details, or other raw payment credentials. Payment is handled entirely by our processor, Korapay — see their own privacy policy for how they handle that data.
3. How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account, and to process and fulfill orders
- To send order confirmations, download links, license certificates, and — if applicable — replies to a support request
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- To improve the Site (for example, understanding which pages or Products get the most traffic)
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing email unless you've separately opted in to receive it.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum information necessary with a small number of service providers who help us run the Site:
- Korapay — to process payments (receives your order amount and the billing details you enter at checkout; never your account password)
- Our email/SMTP provider — to deliver order confirmations, license certificates, and password-reset emails
- Our hosting provider — to store the database and files that make the Site function
We do not share your information with anyone else, except where required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request).
5. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to honor your license, provide support, and meet our own accounting/tax obligations. We do not require customer accounts; order details are tied to the email and guest access token supplied at checkout.

To request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to request that we delete it (subject to the retention needs above), contact us using the details below.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age required to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
