By browsing this site or purchasing a beat license, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site or complete a purchase.
2. Who this site is for
This website offers licenses for original instrumental recordings produced by JNRIROHA. It is not a marketplace for third-party content.
3. Previews and streaming
Beat previews are protected promotional samples and may not be copied, extracted, redistributed, synchronized with video, commercially exploited, or incorporated into any recording or public release. Only a completed, paid license grants usage rights, as described on the Licensing page.
4. Purchases & checkout
All purchases are processed securely through our authorized payment provider. Beat licenses are delivered digitally after successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final except where required by applicable law.
5. Refunds
Due to the instant delivery of digital products, purchases are non-refundable once files or license documents have been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
All beats, audio previews, compositions, logos, branding, graphics, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of JNRIROHA unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a license grants only the usage rights described in that license and does not transfer ownership or copyright.
7. Accounts and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate name and email details at checkout so your license and files can be delivered to the correct address.
8. Prohibited use
- Reselling, redistributing, or re-uploading unlicensed beats or previews.
- Claiming authorship or ownership of the underlying composition.
- Using previews (as opposed to purchased files) in any public or commercial release.
9. License termination
JNRIROHA reserves the right to revoke or terminate any license obtained through fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized payment methods, or violation of these terms.
10. Availability
Beats may be limited to a set number of non-exclusive licenses or removed from sale once an exclusive license is purchased. We reserve the right to update the catalog at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. JNRIROHA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or licensed beats, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
